The Deich Team is a multi-million dollar producing team in the Kansas City area. Richard and Rachel set their goals at leading, educating, and serving their clients at the highest level. Together, they have represented buyers, sellers, and investors in the real estate market for 13 years.

They have a genuine passion for the business and a desire to create lifelong client relationships. Over 98% of their business has come from word-of-mouth referrals over the years, which is something they are not only extremely proud of, but also very grateful.

Richard prides himself on his strong negotiation and communication skills thanks to his extensive business and sales background. Rachel thrives on making personal connections and building relationships with their clients, and she gains the most fulfillment in helping them find their dream home and works hard to make that happen.

Richard and Rachel both grew up in the Kansas City area. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Missouri and a Master’s in Business from Baker University. Rachel attended Southwest Baptist University where she majored in Elementary Education. They have raised two daughters in Overland Park and love all things Kansas City, including Chiefs football, BBQ, and the flourishing local culture and community!
